Ni tips on methods n bahan2 yang na guna:

1. virgin coconut oil (VCO) by treenea 

2. marine essence bamboo salt nourishing shampoo 

Tips:

1. sikat rambut at least 3 kali sehari..lepas mandi pagi..mandi petang n sebelum tido..

2. cara sikat rambut: tundukkan kepala dan sikat..macam style rukuk tu..so rambut akan jatuh ke bawah..tujuan untuk better blood circulation..tips guna la sikat rambut yang organic yaNg kayu tu..macam kat body shop ada jual..at the same time kita leh tgk byk mana rambut kita gugur..and trust me korang boleh nampak la perubahan after a few days macam tu..makin lama makin kurang rambut yang gugur.. :)

3. jangan sikat rambut time rambut basah..tunggu kering baru sikat..highly recommended untuk cuci rambut waktu petang yer..bukan pagi..

4. banyak orang takut nak sikat rambut sebab takut rambut gugur lagi banyak tapi salah kut..kena sikat selalu sebenarnya..salah satu tujuan sikat rambut nak kasi habuk2 yg ada kat kepala tu keluar..and boleh kurangkan masalah-masalah rambut or kulit kepala..

5. hair treatment with VCO..seminggu sekali or 2 kali sapu VCO sebelum shampoo dengan Marine Essence.. rambut biar dalam 10 to 15 min balut dengan towel kalau nak dia lagi absorb dlm kulit kepala..pastu shampoo rambut 2 kali..sbb nak bg minyak tadi betul2 bersih..sbb kulit kepala kita akan keluarkan minyak sendiri tau..so sebab tu ada orang rambut jadi terlebih berminyak sebab pergi letak conditioner kat kepala...btw, memang rambut akan jadi extra lembut la ni even without conditioner bila apply technique ni...

6.macam na..na akan amik setitik je VCO sapu kat hujung rambut...ini sangat best sebab nanti rambut jadi berkilat..lembut n lawa..sapu setitik je ni time lepas sikat mcm explanation no. 2 tadi..ni boleh apply time rambut basah or kering..na memang letak setitik je kat rambut everytime lepas sikat...tapi jangan sekali2 letak VCO kt kulit kepala..unless sebelum shampoo..nak letak banyak mana oil dekat rambut tu depends atas rambut..kalau sangat kering tambah la sikit lagi..but always start with less..then baru tambah sikit2 klu rasa still nampak frizzy..

hukey!! today I'd like to share about my experience being a breastfeeding (BF) momma! woohoo!!
best ka tak best ka? hehe..

1st and foremost I'm proud that i could bf my babies ..alhamdulillah :D

yer..seperti yang tertera di atas..that is mainly the reason y i BF my babies..alhamdulillah..Wazeef and Xyra masih di"BF"..its actually senang jer BF ni..tak susah pun..lagi2 klu nak kuar jejalan..tak yah fikir nak packing susu n bottle..wat berat jer..n nanti nak kena basuh la..na ni meme la malas sikit..hihi..leceh la..huhu..not only problem klu kuar jejalan..problem jugak bg na bila baby bangun malam malam nak minum susu..klu BF senang jer..angkat jer baby letak sebelah kita..sambil baring jer pun boleh BF..hehe..klu tak nak kena gi dapur la ..bancuh susu lagi la..huh..memang sgt malas nak buat tu..klu BF ni..sangat me"RELAX"kan..kan.??hehe

n nowadays pun..malls sume pun da ade special room for mommies and babies..so tak yah risau..and kalau la kata tak de bilik utk BF ..kan ada poncho..or guna jer la kain ape2 pun untuk cover time BF..malu?? kenapa nak malu?? u shud be proud of urself tau..sbb u're giving ur kids the best milk in d world..tak de di pasaran punya.. ;p so...MOMMIES out there..dun be shy..lets support breast-milk ocay!!


N proudly to say that i am now a tandem nursing mom too!! woot woot!! tandem nursing means u r "BF"ing two babies at the same time..macam orang yang BF kan kemabar..haa..macam tu la..so i'm experiencing it now.. ;p

cukup ke susu klu susukan 2 orang sekali?? haaa!! sebenarnya klu BF kan 2 baby lagi la bagus..sebabnya susu yang kt supply akan lagi banyak dan banyak da banyak..
kenape susu jadi banyak lak? klu dah 2 orang sekali minum..mesti la mcm jadi sikit susu..tak ke?? ok meh sini nak share..milk akan makin byk if kita selalu kosongkan breast..sbb bile dah empty..they will send information to our brain telling its empty..so need to produce more milk..but if tak kosongkan..dea mcm ckp la..tak yah produce milk..sbb dah penuh dah..hehe..so sbb tu la elok kosongkan selalu.. its an opportunity for me sbb wazeef still BF so..senang la..lagi la cepat kosong..and susu pun makin byk alhamdulillah..

Macam sekarang ni..i have to ensure that my milk supply is enough for d Feeras..so i had taken some supplement..Sape tau VCO? alhamdulillah..na baru makan tak sampai sebulan..and memang terbukti sangat membantu banyakkan susu.. besides that i drink soya every day..pastu plain water mmg kena minum byk la..sbb bila BF ni kita akan sgt cepat dahaga...and amazingly bila pakai korset Premium Beautiful sangat membantu jugak bila nak BF.. sangat senang..because it actually hold ur breast to the right position..and susu jadi senang jer nak keluar..this is from my own experience la ni..
